Job Description

As part of the HR Intern, you will be expose to:
1. Full Spectrum of Recruitment Process (such as sourcing resume, pre-screening, interviewing until extending the offer to successful candidate).
2. Support Employee Engagement activities in terms of idea contribution, creative drafting, and sourcing for vendors.
3. Support team with various administrative tasks as needed (such as paperwork).
4. Other Related ad-hoc tasks/ activities will be assigned.
In order to be successful in this role, we expect:
1. Candidates must possess Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, International Business or Business Management Studies.
2. Individual who has the ability to solve problem, think creatively and has a curious mind.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Canva would be added advantage.
4. Candidate must be able to based at USJ, Subang Jaya for the internship duration.
We welcome student who are able to join the HR team June/July 2023 onwards. Only 1 lucky student will be chosen.
