Monitor employee attendance records, leave applications, and related documents.
Review resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for job vacancies.
Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
Coordinate and manage recruitment processes.
Assist in planning and organizing company events.
Prepare HR-related reports as required.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/ STPM/ "A" Level/ Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Good communication and written skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Computer literate (MS Office).
A team player and preferable who can work under minimum supervision.
Applicants must be willing to work in Langkawi, Kedah.
