Payroll:
- Learn all of KVC's Payroll System and support the team with various projects and tasks
- Data input and validation
- Analyze and reconcile records
- Other ad-hoc tasks requested by supervisor
Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in the recruitment process of interns and employees
- Calling candidates for phone screening
- Assist in managing the onboarding process of new hires
- Prepare personal files for employees
- Key in new hires information a day before their onboarding
- Other ad-hoc tasks requested by supervisor
Requirements:
Candidate must be currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Human Resource/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, or any related field.
Candidate must be a final year student.
Excellent in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Internship duration: 3 months - 6 months.
Willing to work in Bandar Baru Bangi.
