Job Requirements:

Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field. Final-year students are preferred.
Strong interest in human resources and a desire to develop a career in this field.
Proficient in both English and Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Display enthusiasm for learning and collaborating with various departments.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fast-paced thinker and able to multi-task.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Flash Malaysia Express is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Interns to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn and grow within the HR field while contributing to the success of our organization.
HR Internship opportunities are available in the following fields:

Employee and Industrial Relations (IR/ER)

Handle disciplinary issue, grievance and absence management.
Assist to provide solutions according to company policy and labour laws
Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from several departments
Attend meetings and take minutes.
Perform research at a supervisor's request.
Perform clerical duties such as presentations, drafting reports, etc.

Working Days: 5 Days / Week (Monday to Friday)
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Working Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (Reachable by LRT - 5 minutes walking distance)
