Takes part in the digitalization of HR activities and process and understand the importance of new technology in HR especially in Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning & Development.
Understand how Employer Branding & Culture plays a part in attracting talents into Yee Lee Group while understanding the power of social media
