This position is ideal for candidates seeking an understanding of hotel management as it exposes candidates to the Human Resources division.

Duties and responsibility

To support day-to-day HR operations which comprise recruitment, payroll, onboarding & offboarding, employee & industrial relations, training & development and other administrative tasks. Assist in organizing and maintaining HR documents, reports, and filing systems in accordance with company guidelines. Support efforts to review and improve HR practices that promote a positive workplace culture. Take part in HR-related projects, meetings, and company events when required. Learn about HR best practices, including talent development, employee relations, and policy implementation. Provide general support in communicating basic HR information to employees and managers, under supervision. Providing support for a variety of ad hoc tasks and responsibilities within the team, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of team initiatives.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management/Hotel Management. Good hands-on skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail. Good command of the Malay and English languages. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Enthusiastic about learning and developing new skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks. Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Additional information

Internship duration is a minimum of 3 months up to 6 months. Priority for those who are able to start internships in November and December 2025. Accommodation and meals provided. Submit your application together with the latest resume.
