Tanggungjawab

As a Human Resources Intern, you will,

• Assist human resources and recruiting teams by scheduling phone screens and on-site interviews.
• Pre-screen resumes prior to sending to corporate hiring managers for consideration.
• Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems at the direction of the supervisor.
• Deliver friendly assistance with new hires throughout the interviewing and hiring process.
• Assist with on-boarding process of new hires including screening, arrange interview and decision making.
