Tanggungjawab
  • Able to pick up human resource and administration task and follow guidance to complete task
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, or copying
  • Perform data entry (whenever needed)
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Assist in daily routine for HR Admin Department
  • Assist in recruitment process including calling candidates and arrangement of interview session
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
  • Maintain office supplies for department
