Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
Knowledge in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Word, Ms Excel
Proactive/Initiative/Commit/Responsive is a must.

Responsibilities

Student\'s required to assist our Designer\'s to proposed the conceptual to meet client expectation by taking considerations factors that enhance living standard, budgeting and materials usage. It\'s required to participate in all activities related to renovation works.
Tasks include -
Determining the objectives and constraints of the design brief by consulting with clients
Researching and analysing spatial, functional, efficiency, safety and aesthetic requirements
Formulating design concepts for the interiors
Preparing sketches, diagrams, illustrations and plans to communicate design concepts
Negotiating design solutions with clients, management, suppliers and construction staff;
Selecting, specifying and recommending functional and aesthetic materials, furniture and products for interiors
Detailing and documenting selected design for renovation
Coordinating the renovation work and the decoration of interiors
