Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Prepare and complete the JO materials are ready or picked according to production schedule. Receive and process JO withdraw according to the ERP system. Ensure stock movements are recorded accurately. Report any discrepancies. Support organizing and participate in stock takes at regular intervals. Assist in store operations including arrangement and allocation of storage area for inventories and goods transferred and project allocation. Assist in running an efficient store operation which is able to fulfill operational and requestor demand and meet set targets. Where possible resolve any issues or problems which occur in the store/warehouse. Or seek for helps from senior staffs. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations. Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co workers. Other duties as required by supervisor.

Job Requirements:



Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma in Business/ Logistics or equivalent. Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas. Must possess own transport and willing to travel within Penang. Duration of 5-6 months.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
