Job Description

:
- To install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- To monitor and maintain computer systems and networks;
- To communicate with users through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues;
- To troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.
- To adhere to IT compliance processes for IT-related requests.
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Preferably Intern specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills in English,Chinese language for both spoken and written
