The internship programme is the greatest way to gain real-world corporate experience in the construction industry. The average internship duration and schedule is 8 to 12 weeks, however, there may be possibilities to intern for fewer weeks depending on the office and the intern's availability.
You'll get the chance to work with experienced managers and team leaders, and you'll be pushed to solve real-world problems in order to meet corporate objectives. Interns who meet performance objectives at the conclusion of the internship will be considered for full-time employment after graduation.
