Job Description
This job is an internship for Logistics and Transportation students. You would learn from our senior experts and work in Custom Declaration Department. You might like this job because it offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of the department and learn from experienced professionals.
During this internship, you would be learning from our senior experts. Your daily job scope consists of different area within the department of Custom Declaration.
- Segrate the COR after our partner agent has provide the needful document.
- Ensure the COR allocation is prepare and organize according to the allocated customs location and ready for custom clearances process such as dispatch to given address.
- Preparing the COR tracker report upon any COR return.
- Assigned to complete data entry and report preparation for key customer (e.g. Spending Report, Loading List and Billing Report)
- Support team with various administrative tasks as needed (such as paperwork).
- Other Related ad-hoc tasks/ activities will be assigned.
- Diploma and/or Degree in Transportation, Logistics and/or Business Adminstrative minor in Logistics
- It will be added advantage if individual have part-time experience dealing with customers.
- Being able to compose, speak and address professionally in English.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel)
