Internship For Logistics And Transportation Students
Job Description
As an intern in our Operation and Billing team, you are able to acquire knowledge of:
Billing or invoice accurately and on timely manner as per set target and also work with FICO - credit Control Team if necessary to resolve invoicing issues.
Support of Logistics and Shipping for quote and commercial and ensure quality conformance before shipping.
Enter and capture all 3rd parties Cost into CW1 CES and work closely with internal quote and customer service team/Logistics to update rate and shipment progress.
To achieve the above learning outcome, you are expected to take the challenge as below:
How to provide \'Total Service\' experience to our valued customers
Attending and responding to any enquiries via email correspondences pertaining to shipment status, documentation or billing.
Involve in the daily planning of the operations under supervision.
Learning \'How to\' communicate with internal and external stakeholder on tasks status.
To be selected as one of our own, we are expecting the below qualifications:
- At least Diploma and /or bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Transportations or any equivalent academic background.
- Candidate must be skillful in communicating with stakeholders.
- It is an advantage for those who can speak and write fluent English as the position requires to communicate with stakeholders.
- Able to commit at most 6-months internship in May/June 2023 and to be based at Subang Jaya.
