Rent House Hero is now known as one of the largest and most trusted room rental at Selangor, KL and Negeri Sembilan.

Rent House Hero consists of a team that is fun and energetic, all striving towards an ultimate goal of serving and giving back to the local community via providing worry-free accommodation and above and beyond customer service. Be part of the team now!

You will learn a lot in property investing, property managing as you will be handling [almost] most of of the operations.

From leasing, to negotiating, to closing deals with tenants & landlord, to handling contractors & investors: the only requirement we need is for you to be interested in the property market!

You will also have the chance to purchase [possibly your first] property at good deal.

Our vision is to create a bridge for tenants to get a comfortable co-living place to stay after a tiring whole day; and landlords to get a hassle-free tenantCompany type: Young, energetic, exciting, result-orientedWork hour: 9am to 6pm (include break)

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in any field and have a strong career interest in Marketing
• Successful completion of introductory courses in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
• You have a basic appreciation of Marketing fundamentals.
• \xe2\x80\xa2You are familiar with and passionate about social media tools such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok
• \xe2\x80\xa2You are equipped with creative, analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset, and show the ability to drive innovation and brand growth.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 You have proven project management skills and show initiative and flexibility to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
• Comfortable with multitasking in deadline-driven environment
• Adaptable to a fast-growing start-up and always ready to be on their toes for the ever-changing market trends
• Basic photography and design skills are an added advantage
• Lives on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and bahasa malaysia
• Self-started with the ability to work independently
• Possess your own laptop and transportation is a plus

• Managing and updating social media platforms such as tik Tok , Instagram and Facebook.
• Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Participate in marketing brainstorm sessions and contribute relevant ideas
• Research current marketing trends related to be up-to-date with the current/latest trends (co-living/room rental industry)
• Curate and manage main social media and campaign calendar
• Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Work closely with the creative team for briefs and marketing communication requirements
• Collaborate with internal team members to solve issues and marketing requests
• Conceptualize social media content to produce excellent social media content
• Build community engagement and proactively monitor and respond to followers
• Perform any other special projects/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
