Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation
Conduct credit checks and assess financial eligibility for loans
Communicate with clients and loan processors in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
Manage loan files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Maintain knowledge of current lending policies and regulations
