Job Description
As an Operations Intern, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and enhancing company processes and efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing and expanding our gaming content inventory, as well as assist in coordinating the end-to-end process flow from content acquisition to the launch on our web-shop platform. \ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain product and service quality standards by establishing criteria, monitoring outputs, and conducting audits on game titles, pricing, and SKU.
- Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day operational tasks and administrative duties as assigned.
- Monitor inventory levels, engage with content suppliers, and manage procurement processes.
- Select and cultivate relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to track key performance indicators as needed.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address disruptions as directed by the Manager.
- Execute and oversee operational plans and projects to achieve overall objectives in a timely manner.
- A Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing, Arts candidate preferred.
- Able to commit a minimum duration of six (6) months full-time internship.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to comprehend and document process flows effectively.
- Passion for the gaming industry is a plus.
