Job Description
- Possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Sciences Information Technology or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English language for both spoken and written
- Fluency in coding languages such as PHP, MySQL, C# (c Sharp), Python, Java and familiarity with software such as Linux and Cloud technology
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ayer Keroh Melaka.
- Self-starter, analytical and detailed oriented individual.
- No work experience required.
- Work closely with Supervisor and other IT functional teams to deliver user IT requests in a timely manner.
- Work with assigned Supervisor and liaise with client/users to gather change requirements for assigned project.
- Analyze, design and create functional requirement document for the change request.
- Develop program codes to fulfil the change requests.
- Manage databases and input information, data, and records
- Conduct system and user acceptance test to confirm the change meets user requirements.
- Deploy the system change
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising from the assigned project and the interfaces to other systems.
- Provide relevant system and user documentation.
- To troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
