Kelayakan

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of documents, including plans, specifications, permits, and contracts.
  • Ensure that all documents are properly labeled, filed, and easily accessible to the team.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and emails.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information from the team, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and other events.
  • Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Track and report on project progress and expenditures
  • Assist in the preparation of project close-out documentation.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by the project team.
Tanggungjawab
  • Suitable for candidates/students that are studying Bachelor\'s degree Business Administrative, and Marketing or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Internship period 3 to 6 months.
  • Option to convert to permanent staff is available for successful candidate.
  • Position based at Selangor - Subang Jaya.
