Job Description



  • To ensure all incoming purchase requisition are processed promptly and efficiently.
  • To compile Material Replenishment Planning reports.
  • To coordinate event required info among logistic warehousing, supplier, marketing and IT to ensure event related info are being updated.
  • To ensure event expenses spent within budget.
  • To ensure Purchase Order able to issue within 1 day and follow up through with supplier.
  • By understand product nature, propose quantity to purchase with justifiable reason to purchase.
  • Support peers when others in absence.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Study.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Excel, Word and ERP System.
  • Team work spirit \xe2\x80\x93 able to work with peers and superior.
  • One Internship position(s) available for the period of 3 months.
