Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Food Science and Technology/ Halal Management mentor any relevant food science background
Specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
Qualified in HALAL Management, HACCP or GMP will be an advantage
Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Own transport

Tanggungjawab

Quality Assurance and Application

Ensure all food safety requirements' practices are always intact.
Follow up on quality issues, complaints and stock return with a QA requirements
To liaise with the certification body ( Halal KKM etc.) for application/ compliance/ surveillance audit
Testing new product or ready product to other department
To ensure good record of COA (chemicals, raw materials, packaging materials etc.) is kept, particularly for new receiving batches.

Halal Compliance and Application

Managing halal application by apply new and renewal of halal certification for all products produced
To ensure the company's manufacturing conforms to halal standards and to ensure sources of ingredients are halal and suppliers chosen to supply materials have certified halal certificate
Responsible in applying halal application for each outlet including franchisee
Revising and updating Halal Assurance System (HAS) as per JAKIM requirement
Ensure staff outlet/warehouse are following the SOP created regarding halal
