Assist in all tasks which including measurement, preparation of BQ, tabulation of cost, verification works.
Assist to ensure all the PO and invoices to vendors are issued on timely basis.
Assist to source and negotiate and coordinate between FamilyMart and vendors /contractors.
Assists in the daily project operations and documentations are in line with the SOP.
Role Requirement
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in
Quantity Surveying or Building/Construction Management
Basic knowledge of building construction practices and principles
Shows initiative, well-organized & good communication skills
Able to work in a team and eager to learn
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficiency in MS Office (Ms Excel and Ms Word)
Keen attention to details
Willing to work in office based at
Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
