Job Description

Salary: MYR 800 - MYR 1,000 Per Month

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Requirements:

Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Detail oriented with excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Prefer the candidate who has own transportation.

Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Conduct sourcing, screening and interviewing potential candidates for assigned job roles.

Screening Candidates: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screening, and assess candidates' qualifications.

Coordinating Interviews: Schedule and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Correspondence: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide guidance on their application status.

Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist in generating reports.

Assist in On-boarding: Participate in the on-boarding process by helping with paperwork, orientation, and new hire training.

Team Support: Collaborate with the HR team on various projects related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
