• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Words.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a cross-functional team members.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Tanggungjawab

• Conduct research on customer\'s needs and provide feedback where necessary.
• Daily field work to promote solution
• To understand customers needs and concerns
• Advise customer on suitable products to meet their needs
• Monitoring, collation and reporting of social media and PR coverage with insights.
• Managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Upload and update listings on online platforms.
• Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Coordinate with team to implement promotional campaigns.
