About the role The candidate will attach with Sales and Marketing Department with a primary role(s): Manage and handling the courier services. Manage the inventory of affiliate promotional items. Receives, sort, and distribute the promotional items. Keep a comprehensive and easily accessible filing system. To assist in travel requisition request form hiring manager, ie flight ticket booking, hotel and etc. To work with the relevant departments to ensure the new hires have the necessary onboarding kits on their first onboard date. Assist the hiring manager to submit Purchase Request through SAP System. Assist hiring manager to check the claim before submission. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/ Management or equivalent. Applicants must be willing to work in Glenmarie. 1 Internship position(s) for duration of min 3 month(s) and above. Preferably candidate who can start in July 2023.
