As an intern in our Operations and Customer Service team, you are able to/it is an: Submit related documents to customer and courier services for approval Follow up with carrier on supporting docs amd upload into CW1 for billing Added advantage if you have knowledge about INCOTERMS. To achieve the above learning outcome, you are expected to take the challenge as below: Attending and responding to any enquiries via email correspondences pertaining to shipment status and documentation. Involve in the daily planning of the operations under supervision. Learning \'How to\' communicate with internal and external stakeholder on tasks status. To be selected for this internship, the below is the requirements: At least Diploma and /or Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Transportations or any equivalent academic background. Candidate must be skillful in communicating with stakeholders. It is an advantage for those who can speak and write fluent English as the positions requires to communicate with stakeholders. Able to commit at most 6-months internship in May/June 2023 and to be based at Iskandar Puteri. We welcome student who can commence internship in May/June 2023 onwards.
