- Proactive, Independent and Passionate
- Able to prioritize work.
- Do not mind working location and long hours (Kedah, Penang).
- Required Skill(s): Read Drawings, Microsoft Excel, AutoCad.
- B2 license
- Own mobile transport (car)
- Supervise proper sequence of work (Structural & Architectural).
- Supervise workers; ensure works carried out as required.
- Co-ordinate with sub-contractors and ensuring in meeting targeted work progress.
- Checking on quality works and conduct inspections.
- Able to study basic construction drawings with basic knowledge of building construction.
- Documentations and records as per site diary (snap picture)
- Checking material deliveries and putting in orders.
- Coordinate material logistic and arrangement.

- Monthly allowance RM700
- Training provided
