Requirements

Are you the internship technician we have been looking for? We have few branches of service center which is located at Midvalley, Pelangi Sentral Damansara. Are you willing to relocate? Zero skills needed. Training will be provided as long as you keen to learn. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill. Have excellent problem-solving skills and ability to execute through on the task given by a superior. Have a positive attitude, approachable and believes in team spirit. We prefer Non-smoker because we want all staff stay in healthy environment. Candidates must possess a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in:-
- Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Computer Engineering / Computer Systems
- IT/ Networking/ Computer science

Accept Vocational (TVET/ SKM Level 3+) students in electronics or device repair*
Proficiency with:-

computer technologies, tools, and devices to improve learning, productivity, performance*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia). Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving ability and a great aptitude for executing tasks given by a supervisor. Demonstrate a positive attitude, approachability, and a firm belief in fostering team spirit. Got two shifts: Working for 5 day either from 10am- 8pm or 12pm-10pm. Prefer off on weekday Minimum internship period of 3 months.
Responsibility

Know customer device's problem and create ticket plus invoice. Check customer's device from head to toe before and after repairing. Repair customer device follow company SOP and get testimonial when get payment done. Reply email, Facebook pages and lead. Punctual and come to work early. Stock reimbursement.
