INBOUND/OUTBOUND DEPARTMENT \xe2\x80\xa2 Stock arrangement upon arrival. \xe2\x80\xa2 Inspect shoes quality, replace shoes box & labeling before put up on rack. \xe2\x80\xa2 Submit stock count of new stock arrival to operation team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor stock on rack, make sure stock on the rack is always arrange in right sequence and correct rack labeling according to SOP. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining & replenish stock of packaging material/ freegift. \xe2\x80\xa2 Cleanliness of warehouse. \xe2\x80\xa2 Make sure the correct item is given to customer such as size, color, SKU, label and packaging \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow proper packing guideline (brochure, free gift, ribbon). \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare customer self pick-up order. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ship out paid order in same day (Peak season will take 2-3 working day). \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow SOP of serving walk-in customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 May rotate to customer service department if the situation allowed.
