Assist with daily maintenance tasks for office and factory areas.
Help plan and follow up on regular and repair works.
Check that building systems (like air conditioning and lighting) are working well.
Join in facility checks and report any issues or safety concerns.
Help coordinate with vendors and monitor their work on-site.
Support minor repair or improvement projects.
Keep records of maintenance work and updates.

REQUIREMENTS :
Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Building Maintenance, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, organized, able to multitask and think critically.
Interest in building systems, facilities operations, and project coordination.
