About the role



Mood Travel is looking for an

HR & Admin Intern

who is passionate about recruitment, people operations, and daily office administration.

Key Responsibilities



Assist with recruitment (screening, scheduling interviews). Update candidate records and HR documents. Support onboarding and staff administration. Prepare simple reports and maintain filing. Assist with daily office and admin tasks.

Requirements



Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, or related field. Good communication and organizational skills. Able to handle confidential information. Detail-oriented and willing to learn. Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Working Hours



Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m - 6.00 p.m
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From RM400.00 per month
