The HRA Intern will support the Human Resources and Administration team in delivering day-to-day operational tasks across HR functions. The role provides hands-on exposure to HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, engagement activities, and general administrative support. This internship is ideal for individuals looking to develop practical HR skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Selection
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Participate in initial phone screenings (where applicable).
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
Prepare onboarding kits, access cards, and employee documentation.
Support HR in conducting new hire orientation sessions.
Assist with exit processes such as scheduling exit interviews and collecting company assets.
3. HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and shared folders.
Assist in preparing HR letters (internship letters, confirmation letters, etc.).
Support monthly HR reports such as attendance summaries and internship status updates.
4. Employee Engagement & Events
Help plan and execute engagement activities (e.g., Wellness Wednesday, festive celebrations, monthly internal events).
Assist in coordinating logistics, attendance, and venue preparation.
Capture event photos and support communications materials (emailers/posters).
5. General Administration Support
Support office administration tasks such as stationery management, access card issuance, meeting room coordination, or visitor management.
Liaise with vendors where required.
Provide daily administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
