Arrange interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates on interview updates and required documents.
Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents.
Update and maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
2. Reception & Phone Handling
Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to the relevant departments.
Record messages accurately and ensure timely follow-up.
Greet walk-in visitors and assist with basic enquiries.
Handle general front desk tasks such as receiving documents, parcels, and deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
3. General HR Administration
Assist in filing and organizing HR documents.
Support HR team in day-to-day operations and ad-hoc tasks.
