Support hiring activities which include posting of job advertisement, designing job posting collaterals, participating in job fair, screening of resumes, arranging of interviews, new joiners onboarding
Updating employee files and records; using HRIS system, providing reporting and analyses
Gathering payroll data like employee attendance, bank accounts, leave information
Assist in organising and coordinating our HR policies and procedures
Assist in Industrial Relations matters
Participate in organizing the company's monthly events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented
Time management and organizational skills
Love to deal with people
