Job Description

The Human Resource Intern will assist the HR Department in various aspects of human resource management, providing support in recruitment, payroll, administration, training and development, and general HR operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in day-to-day HR activities and exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:

Assist in job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.

Payroll:

Support in the compilation and verification of attendance, overtime, and allowance data for payroll processing.

Administration:

Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR documentation.

Training & Development:

Assist in organizing training sessions, preparing training materials, and maintaining training records.

Employee Engagement:

Participate in HR events, staff activities, and engagement programs.

General HR Support:

Provide administrative support in day-to-day HR operations and assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
