We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

HR/Finance Intern

to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in both

Human Resources

and

Finance

functions.

Human Resources & Finance Support.

Help manage employee records and update HR databases. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions. Handle basic HR administrative tasks such as preparing letters, memos, and documents. Assist in reaching out to potential or interested clients through calls, emails, or messages to gather marketing contact information. Provide overall administrative support to the HR and Finance teams. Support cross-departmental projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic understanding of HR practices and financial principles is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From RM700.00 per month
