Assist in posting job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and company portals.
Support sourcing of candidates through online databases, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Screen resumes and applications for suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in maintaining the candidate database and tracking recruitment metrics.
Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
Assist in recruitment events such as career fairs, webinars, and internship drives.
Assist in foreign worker recruitment processes, including documentation, work permits, and compliance with immigration regulations.
Prepare recruitment-related reports and documents as required.
