Internship Opportunity - Human Resource (HR)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Intern

to join our team at

. This role will give you hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and people-related processes in a fast-paced environment.

Working Days/Hour :

9:00 AM - 6:00 AM (Mon - Friday) Location : Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day HR operations and employee record management. Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination. Help organize employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives. Prepare HR reports, maintain databases, and ensure accurate documentation. Collaborate with the People Operations team on continuous improvement projects.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Good communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information. Eager to learn and adaptable to new challenges. Internship duration: [ 3-6 months]
