Support HR Services filings/documentations and administrative functions in the areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits as well as updating and maintenance of HR records.

Perform any ad-hoc task.
To prepare HR administration works including verify and manage monthly claim report, leave system, prepare letters, and manage inventory listing.
Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Training and development management.
Manage the HR filling system
Perform data entry and information record accuracy
Support respective department when necessary.
Requirements and Benefits :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Psychology, Social Science, or equivalent.
Candidate must possess at least a CGPA of 3.0 and above.
Proficient in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Required skill(s): good coordination skills, good communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and positive learning attitude.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
Willing to learn mindset
Positive attitude with good communication and excellent problem-solving skills
Resourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team player
