To ensure timely and effective delivery Human Resource services in the area of documents administration for all employees.
To prepare letters and other required HR documents on timely basis.
To ensure continuous upkeep and filing of up-to-date documents in the personal files.
To handle new tasks assigned in respect of HR initiatives and projects.
To verify, process and ensure Human Resource services are in accordance with Company's policy.
General:
Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.
Job requirements:
Students pursuing their studies in a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Computer Literate (MS Office)
Good written and spoken English/ Bahasa Malaysia
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: RM1,300.00 per month
