Assist in processing foreign worker recruitment documents, such as Calling Visa and e-Visa.
Coordinate with Operating Centers, recruitment agencies, and relevant government departments for new worker arrivals.
Support pre-employment interview and pre-departure interview for newly recruited workers.
Support the new workers arrival arrangements at the airport.
Support post-arrival interview documentation and monitor reimbursements.
Support new workers report to JTK (ePPAx) and embassy portal (SIPERMIT KBRI), FOMEMA registration and first permit submissions.
Any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior/company.
Job Requirements:
Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Able to work in Putrajaya.
