Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Assistance

: Assist in posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support in onboarding new hires.

Training Coordination

: Help organize and manage training sessions. Maintain training records and feedback forms.

General HR Tasks

: Update and maintain employee records. Participate in employee engagement activities. Support in drafting HR policies and documentation.

What We're Looking For:

Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A positive attitude and eagerness to learn!
