Job Responsibilities
Assist in daily HR administrative tasks and documentation
Support recruitment activities (screening resumes, interview arrangement, follow-up with candidates)
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Assist in preparing letters, memos, notices, and HR reports
Support onboarding and training arrangements
Handle leave records, attendance updates, and HR filing system
Assist in company events and employee engagement activities
Perform any other tasks assigned by the HR Department
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Able to communicate well in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Good attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to start immediately or soon
Internship duration: Minimum 3-6 months

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month
