Supporting recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, contacting candidates, and arranging interviews.
Build a talent pool and pipeline for the company through social media and interact appropriately with external parties on company social media accounts.
Assist in conducting induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Monitor and update HR records, such as employeesxe2x80x99 personnel files, leave records, benefit records, and other records in a proper manner.
Assist in organizing company events.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
Computer literate.
Good communication and written skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
A team player who can preferably work with minimal supervision.
