hands-on exposure

to HR operations, employee engagement, and people-related processes in a

fast-paced, collaborative environment

Working Hours:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Location:

Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

What You'll Do

Support

day-to-day HR operations

and employee data management. Assist in

recruitment activities

including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination. Contribute to

employee engagement programs

and wellness initiatives. Help prepare

HR reports

and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with the

People Operations

team on process improvements and special projects.

Who We're Looking For

Currently pursuing a

Bachelor's degree

in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong

communication and organizational

skills. High attention to detail and ability to maintain

confidentiality

. Eager to learn,

adaptable

, and ready to take on new challenges.
