Provide HR administrative functions in recruitment, training and development, as well as updating and maintaining HR records.
Assisting in the hiring program which includes career talks, resume screening, performing phone screening and interview arrangements.
Providing administrative support including phone calls to candidates, responding to emails, organizing files, and managing documents.
Assisting in managing monthly training programs from planning, scheduling & preparing the training materials.
Complete the tasks assigned by the nominated direct supervisor.
Admin Intern
Undertake general administrative duties including distribution of minutes, reports and other documents, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, and ordering office supplies.
Prepare relevant reports, statistical and analytical reports on admin-related activities
Undertake and assist in recording and processing invoices, receipts as well as payments as required.
Assisting in handling company staff's accommodation tenancy agreement upon renewal period.
Complete the tasks assigned by the nominated direct supervisor.
Qualifications
Candidate must be an undergraduate in related fields.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills, and experience in organizing and planning activities.
Working Location at Johor Bahru.
