JOB DESCRIPTION The position requires skilled IT Technical Support to work closely with employees to assist in troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues. Ensuring all software is promptly updated and managed. Additionally. they support company network security and optimize its performance to maintain network integrity and efficiency. 1. Manage PC setup and development for new employees using standard hardware, images, software, and maintenance software. Introduce the software/tools to new employees. 2. Monitor all servers remotely to ensure our processes are running smoothly on daily basis. 3. Set up and configure new servers, users\' workstations,s and laptops. 4. Fix or escalate issues when the problem occurs to minimize downtime. 5. Perform patch/secure/upgrades 6. Generate reports 7. Operation support for LAN, WAN, and internet services of the company. REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): strong communication skills. schedule maintenance, and troubleshooting. IT skills Preferably Non-Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent. Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in a high-pressure situation

Sdn Bhd a wholly owned subsidiary of Rex was founded in 1965 and has since grown into a leading manufacturer and exporter of halal canned products, frozen food and beverages company in Malaysia. PT Rex Canning Indonesia began commercial operations in August 1992; the principal activities are manufacturing and exporting of canned processed seafood. PT Rex Canning operates under stringent standards set by the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Indonesia. The majority of PT Rex\xe2\x80\x99s canned seafood is exported to the US and EU.
