Job Description

1. Perform system configuration, Hardware & software configuration ,installation.

2. Hardware device, MS Office application software, Networking, Telecom - trouble shooting and resolving.

3. Follow established SOP and Perform and Monitor System backups and maintaining accurate records.

4. Research and Recommend solutions for technical problems.

5. Coordinate between IT vendor project team and users.

6. Provide Training and support to users on the Standard use of computer systems and software.

QUALIFICATION:

1. Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent.

2. Internship position for a duration of 3-6 months (s).

3. Possess good communication and writing skills for Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to communicate in Chinese will be an added advantage.

4. Applicants must be willing to work in Glenmarie Shah Alam.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
