We aspire to be a leading food manufacturing enterprise in the region and have also diversified its business from flour milling to the sale of raw materials and integrated poultry business. Its integrated poultry business includes the breeding and sale of day-old chicks, broiler and breeder farming, processing and sale of poultry products and feeds milling. Job Purpose
Assist Assistant Manager, MIS in review the asset list (HQ & Site), infrastructure diagram, Office 365 features roll-out and helpdesk process review.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to manage and support the maintenance of IT Infrastructure related equipment, software and configuration to ensure smooth operational process.
- Provide support for end-users; involve hardware, software, networking, storage, desktop installation.
- Monitor diagnose and resolve problems with IT system.
- Conduct analysis to improve IT Infrastructure.
- Participate in IT Projects to provide the necessary IT Infrastructure services.
- To support end user IT requirements.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Equivalent
