Job Scope
Associate Oracle Financials will assist Technical Developers in development of technical components of all Change Requests across Global Corporate Systems (GCS) for Financials. Major Job Functions
- Assist technical developers to deliver technical RICEW components that follows standards, delivers to user expectations and performs within expected benchmark levels and Experian global processes
- Assist technical developers to prepare technical design (MD70, CV60), deployment (MD120) documents, and test scripts
- Work with Technical developers, IT Functional team and Global SME teams to gain exposure on application development on a global scale
- Work on any ad-hoc assignments within GCSS assigned by the Global Service Delivery manager
- Responsible for preparing status and progress reports to Global Service Delivery manager
- To provide positive input to regular team meetings, to enhance both the quality of the application, and improve the knowledge within the team
Job Requirement
Required Knowledge / Skills / Experience
- Recognized Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System Security, Telecommunications or equivalent.
- Above 3.0 CGPA or Second Class Upper.
- A team player
- Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional problem solving, analytical and outcome focused.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and work in a global team environment
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Understanding of RDBMS concepts
- Understanding of IT security risk and compliance is a plus
- Able to use one or more programming languages
- Able to work towards the delivery deadlines
- Flexibility in changing roles as per the business requirement
- Understanding if Oracle EBS application navigation and Fundamental application configuration will be advantageous
